Masterson Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated and dependable Production Workers to join our team in manufacturing high-quality pet, farm, and ranch products, in Glencoe, MN This position involves working on a fast-paced production line to assemble, package, and inspect items such as feeders, waterers, enclosures, pet accessories, and other agricultural products. 2nd shift: 3:15p-11:45pm Monday-Friday $18.25/hour Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Assemble and package products according to company standards and specifications.
Inspect finished goods for quality and accuracy.
Label and prepare products for shipping or storage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or equipment issues.
Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
