Masterson Staffing is currently hiring Assemblers in the Richfield area. This position works in clean temperature-controlled environment assembling pumps and various small food service machines. Job Title: Assembler Pay: $18/ hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 6:00am- 2:30pm Days: Monday- FridayHIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA IS REQUITED FOR THIS ROLE. Drug Screen and background check required for pre-employment. Responsibilities:
Prepares work to be accomplished by using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), blueprint specifications, and Product Structure list by gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates.
Assembles components/units using various tools and package per specifications.
Ability to read work instructions, view diagrams, and comprehend videos to guide through the assembly process of components.
Keeps equipment operational by keeping it clean and reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed.
Performs wiring and assembly operations on a variety of electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Assembles components per SOP and blueprint.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by using standard 5S practices.
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Responsible for meeting production and quality goals.
Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to value another employee on his or her own capabilities.
Performs other duties or responsibilities as requested or required
Qualifications
1 year of Recent MANUFACTURING experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and follow directions.
Detail oriented and accurate.
Ability to read, write, and Communicate English.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Good math skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to lift 40 pounds throughout shift.
