Circuit Board Masking – 1st Shift Location: Clear Lake, WI Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6am-2pm| Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Job Overview:This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company known for its positive workplace culture, community involvement, and regular staff appreciation activities like BBQs, potlucks, and raffles. As a Masking Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful production by applying protective masking before parylene coating is applied. This position is ideal for someone with good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Your precision and care directly impact the success of customer orders and overall production quality. Key Responsibilities:
Follow detailed work instructions to prepare circuit boards and components
Apply masking materials (tape, paper, or other products) to protect specific surfaces
Ensure clean, accurate masking to meet strict quality standards
Assist in the removal of masking materials after the coating process
Work independently while maintaining consistency and efficiency
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Proven long-term work history (1+ years at multiple previous employers preferred)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic tools and measuring devices
Basic math skills for measurement and placement
Must pass a drug screen and background check
