Job Description

2 years of Print Shop Bindery required. Will also be required to have experience with the following:

Digital High-Speed Guillotine Cutter, Perfect Binder, Saddle Sticher, Slitter/Cutter/Creaser, Drill Press, Folder, Inserter, Ink Jet, .Shrinwrap, Cerlox, etc.
Knowledge and experience with the various substrates and how they are impacted by the cutting and binding process.
Ability to learn/understand the pre and post-cutting process and the workflow that is required to keep the operational standards.
Self-directed team player with strong focus on customer requirements and solutions.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting material up to 60 lbs.
Meets the departmental standards for productivity and accuracy.
Basic Math Skill and able to learn/understand units of measure, fractions, decimals, and use tool of measurement – I.E. Ruler, scale, calculator, etc.
Ability to accurately distinguish up to 30-character alpha-numeric sequences.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
