Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in epoxy or concrete flooring repair? Join our team and keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly and safely!
We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Technician with a strong focus on epoxy concrete flooring. In this role, you’ll inspect, repair, and maintain flooring throughout our facility while also performing general building maintenance tasks. You'll be vital in ensuring safety, durability, and operational efficiency on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect epoxy concrete flooring for cracks, wear, or damage.
Grind, clean, and prepare surfaces for coating applications.
Mix and apply epoxy resins, coatings, and sealants to restore surfaces.
Repair chips, cracks, and imperfections to ensure a smooth, durable finish.
Operate grinders, power washers, hand tools, and other maintenance equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements on the job.
Work with facility managers to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
Document completed work, materials used, and maintenance issues.
Assist with general building repairs and upkeep as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in epoxy flooring, concrete repair, or a related maintenance trade.
Working knowledge of epoxy materials, surface prep, and application techniques.
Comfortable using power tools and heavy equipment safely.
Physically fit to kneel, lift, and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
Familiar with OSHA safety practices and maintenance protocols.
