Masterson staffing is currently seeking experienced CNC Machinists for the Richfield area. CNC Machinists will need to have 2+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC machines. Located in a clean warehouse where they value safety and teamwork in the day-to-day operations. Position: CNC Machinist Days: Monday- Friday Hours: 2nd: 3:00pm- 11:30pm Pay: $23- $28/ hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND INTERVIEW Brown Deer, WI- Richfield, WI= 21 Minutes; 14.7 Miles- Please ensure the commute works for you and you have reliable transportation. What does the job involve?The CNC Machinist will operate CNC machines according to work order and blueprint specifications, using necessary fixtures and tooling.What will my responsibilities include?
Reading the work order data and operating the CNC machine accordingly.
Inspect parts per print specifications and inspection intervals determined by the Quality Department.
Ensure accurate part counts during machining.
Follow standard work processes and carry out responsibilities in a safe manner.
This position may involve exposure to, but is not limited to, the following materials: acrylic, polycarbonate, FR-4 epoxy glass, GPO (I, II, III) polyester glass, HDPE (high-density polyethylene), glass epoxy, G9 glass melamine laminate, copper, brass, and aluminum.
Experience/ Skills Needed:
CNC equipment operation with 1-2 years machining experience preferred.
Must have ability to read and interpret product drawings.
CNC programming knowledge helpful but not required.

Ability to work standing and/or sitting.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 70 pounds.
