Masterson Staffing is currently seeking employees for general labor- Day labor in Germantown! Position will require a 10-panel drug screen for pre-employment. PAY: $13/ hour???Work site does offer a perfect attendance bonus: Employees that are ON TIME FOR EVERY SHIFT, WORK THEIR WHOLE SHIFT AND DONT LEAVE EARLY, AND ARE BACK FROM BREAKS ON TIME qualify for an additional $1/ hour increase. General labor role will be responsible for the following responsibilities daily:
Count and stack all spoilage.
Pull sample from run when prompted by Operator for random quality checks.
Upon project completion, count leftover components.
Clean specific areas of machines that are Locked Out / Tagged Out
Watch or monitor a specific area of equipment for variations described by Operator.
Count, record, and pile spoilage caused by interruptions.
Collect bad books and place at inspection tables.
Inspect bad books from interruptions.
Visual book quality checks including ensuring no defects or dents, cover version matches pages, pages are collated correctly, spine type is centered, and spine and hinge scores are straight. Using a minimum of 2 books to check for square and draw.
