Masterson Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finishing Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for the setup and operation of various finishing equipment, including stitchers, folders, perfect binders, polybaggers, cutters, mailers, shrink wrappers, tippers, CT trimmers, drills, and other finishing machinery. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works independently, and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.1. Assist with the setup and operation of stitchers, folders, perfect binder, polybagger, cutters, mailers, shrink wrappers, tipper, CT trimmer, drills and other finishing equipment.2. Understand the job ticket and other specifications of an assigned job.3. Understand the standards as explained on the goal sheets and work toward achieving the goals.4. Feed pockets, recognition of and sorting of different forms.5. Jogging all paper into uniform lifts.6. Down-pile that consists of sorting, palletizing and bagging of mail per postal regulations and/or client specifications.7. Make boxes, box finished products, make labels, stuff envelopes, jog, stack and sort product.8. Conducting periodic quality checks.9. Monitor production and quality.10. Understand customer packaging specifications and pack skids per instructions.11. Understand and comply with safety procedures regarding the operation of the equipment and the organizational policies.12. Participate in, support and drive 6S and lean activities in the finishing department.
