Masterson Staffing Solutions is now recruiting talent for our Client Customer in Howard Lake, MN. As a Machine Helper you will support the production team in delivering high-quality packaging solutions. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am $19.50/hour, with the availability to work additional hours on Fridays, as needed. Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and operation of packaging equipment/supplies to ensure efficient production.
Utilize instruments to ensure quality control of printed/packaged materials.
Support assembly line processes by preparing materials and packaging finished products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to stand throughout the shift and possess good manual dexterity.
Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and independently.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
Must be able to read, communicate and write in English
