Masterson Staffing has teamed up with our very valued client to hire for a Press Operator position in Mora, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire full-time dedicated workers.Multiple Shifts:
$15.50 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM Monday- Friday
$16.50 2nd Shift- 3:00PM- 11:00PM Monday- Friday
$17.50 3rd Shift- 11:00PM- 7:00 AM Sunday- Thursday
Job Summary:
Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines according to specifications.
Monitor production process to ensure quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the molding process.
Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of molds and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in plastic injection molding is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
