3rd Shift PULTRUSION OPERATOR – Job Description:
11PM-7AM Sunday-Thursday $19.00/hr Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, 401K

WORK DUTIES:
· Setting-up and operating equipment for pultruded products
· Resin mixing and batch mixing
· Continuous feeding of fiberglass materials into machine, inspecting product during production and inspecting finished goods before shipment
· Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required
· Packaging, labeling and documentation of products
· Keeping equipment and work area safe, clean, and organized
· Complete necessary documentation including process checks, quality checks and production reporting
· Recognize mechanical issues that involve maintenance
· Able to shut down and clean line properly, remove and clean tooling
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Manufacturing plant
· Exposure to noise and dust
· Fiberglass exposure
· Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing/ lifting up to 50 pounds
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience operating machinery such as lathes, plastics blow molding, or plastics extrusion equipment
· Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, calipers, and hand tools
· Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to perform basic repairs
· Familiarity with logic controllers and ability to navigate computerized systems
