2nd Shift 3PM-11PM Monday-Friday S18.75/hr Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, 401K Masterson Staffing Solutions has partnered with a valued client in Chatfield, MN. We are looking for reliable Pultrusion Operators for 3rd shift positions! WORK DUTIES:
Setting-up and operating equipment for pultruded products
Resin mixing and batch mixing
Continuous feeding of fiberglass materials into machine, inspecting product during production and inspecting finished goods before shipment
Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required
Packaging, labeling and documentation of products
Keeping equipment and work area safe, clean, and organized
Complete necessary documentation including process checks, quality checks and production reporting
Recognize mechanical issues that involve maintenance
Able to shut down and clean line properly, remove and clean tooling
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position requires that the employee be able to work effectively in a work environment involving: - Manufacturing plant - Exposure to noise and dust -Fiberglass exposure -Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing -Some lifting up to 50 pounds
