Responsibilities: - Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate reports - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes - Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance
