Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely movement of goods.
Prepare shipping schedules, generate labels, and maintain shipping logs using Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems.
Operate forklifts safely to load and unload shipments, organize inventory, and transport materials within the facility.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in a warehouse environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking shipments, maintaining logs, and generating reports.
Valid forklift operator certification and hands-on experience with forklift operation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems is a plus.
