Production Assembler Client Location: Eden Prairie, MN Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Resume Required Hourly Pay: $18–$20/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAPA respected client in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join their manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on assembling and packaging products while maintaining high standards for safety, productivity, and quality.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and package products efficiently and accurately
Follow lean manufacturing and 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized workspace
Read and follow written instructions, workflow diagrams, and quality requirements
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Operate safely, using proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices
Participate in cross-training and assist in other production cells as needed
Collaborate with coworkers to meet daily production goals
Demonstrate flexibility and initiative while following company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Good verbal communication and basic math skills
Ability to follow written instructions and read visual diagrams
Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs
Must have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Willingness to rotate job functions and learn new tasks
