Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (Rotational Molding) ? Litchfield, MN ? Pay: $18.25/hour ? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM About the Role: We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our 2nd shift team! In this role, you’ll be producing high-quality plastic parts through the rotational molding process. You’ll play a hands-on part in ensuring each product meets quality standards while keeping production on track.What You’ll Do:
Operate molding equipment to produce plastic parts.
Fill molding tools with the correct resin, dye, and weight.
Install pins and inserts in proper locations on the mold.
Remove pins once the mold is cooled.
Trim and deburr finished parts.
Maintain accurate part counts and production records.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to learn rotational molding process (training provided).
Ability to work on your feet and lift as needed.
Reliable and punctual team player.
