Seeking a self-starter who is motivated and experienced in Set up and Operation a CNC Lathe. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings years of hands-on experience, and is fully capable of setting up and operating CNC equipment independently. POSITION WILL REQUIRE BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN PRE-EMPLOYMENT Experience with HAAS CNC Lathe Set up and Operation is preferred. ***MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT FOR A UNKNOWN PERIOD OF TIME***2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (10-hour days, including lunch break. If Overtime is required, it will be performed on Fridays.) Duties
RED Attributes and Skills:
Set up and operate CNC Lathe with minimal supervision. Proven experience setting up and running lathes.
Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and fabrication documents
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly
Use basic measuring tools to ensure part quality and accuracy
Accurately record setup and run times
Maintain a high attention to detail and product quality
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Safety-focused with good housekeeping habits
