Job Title: Shipping Clerk Location: Shakopee, MN Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (up to 40 hours/week, occasional overtime on weekends)Job Description:Masterson Staffing in Eagan is seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Clerk for our client in Shakopee, MN. As a Shipping Clerk, you will play an integral role in ensuring the timely and accurate handling of materials, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving: Process outgoing and incoming shipments efficiently. Ensure proper documentation and labeling for all materials.
Material Handling: Pick, pack, scan, and count materials using various computer applications like VeraCore and UPS WorldShip.
Inventory Management: Perform scale counting, hand assembly, and product inspections to ensure accuracy and quality of products.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as necessary to move materials.
Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet inspection standards before shipping. Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous forklift experience preferred. Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Equipment: Steel-toe boots or shoes required for safety purposes.
Other: Must be able to pass a resume review and interview process.
Additional Information:
Location: The position is based in Shakopee, MN, with the worksite not being on a bus line.
Shift: Monday – Friday from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional overtime on weekends.
Pay: $18.00 per hour.
