BUILDERZumbrota, MNSummary:The primary function of this position is to re-build transmissions, transfer cases and differentials. Shift: 1st 8AM-5PM Monday-FridayWage: $20.00-23.00/hr Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, 401K Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Get direction from shop foreman on priority of work.
Work with the tear down employees identify units that need to be prepped for re-manufacturing.
Wash all core and component parts as part of the pre-build process.
Inspect cores and components to determine if buildable. Inform shop foreman if core or parts are not buildable.
Evaluate core to determine appropriate critical components or any components that do not match quality standard.
Remove internal bearings and gears and identify worn parts and dispose.
Add all components that were selected to be replaced to WIP document.
