Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues - Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment - Adhere to health and safety regulationsExperience: - Previous experience in facilities maintenance, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred - Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment such as buffing machines - Familiarity with custodial responsibilities and best practices - Ability to maintain floor care including sweeping, mopping, and waxing
