Job Description:We’re seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to support both office and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a combination of office administration and hands-on tasks in the warehouse, so we need someone who is ready to get their hands dirty when needed. Key Responsibilities:
Office/Admin Tasks: Data entry, creating MS Word documents, managing basic Excel spreadsheets.
Warehouse Support: Posting signs, taping off safety zones, opening boxes, and other warehouse-related duties.
Work with multiple departments under direction from various supervisors.
Communicate complex situations clearly and work independently once the project guidelines are clear.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical tasks (e.g., standing, lifting, organizing).
Ability to follow instructions, ask clarifying questions, and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
Friendly and positive attitude (we need happy, motivated individuals!).
Experience in a warehouse, shipping, production, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
