Hourly Pay: $18–$20/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAPA respected client in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join their manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on assembling and packaging products while maintaining high standards for safety, productivity, and quality.Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package products efficiently and accurately
• Follow lean manufacturing and 5S principles to maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Read and follow written instructions, workflow diagrams, and quality requirements
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate safely, using proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices
• Participate in cross-training and assist in other production cells as needed
• Collaborate with coworkers to meet daily production goals
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative while following company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Good verbal communication and basic math skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and read visual diagrams
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to rotate job functions and learn new tasks

Hours per Week: 40
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)MANDATORY OVER-TIME MAY BE REQUIRED
