    • Personal protective equipment (PPE) including protective clothing and respirator system will be required and provided

  • Ensures that parts are rolled to remove air, parts are trimmed, parts are mudded if needed, and production schedule is maintained.
  • Ensures that parts are brought in to chop booth area as needed.
  • Ensures that work is completed correctly and that each order is as near perfection as possible.
  • Maintaining of roller and other equipment used.
  • Ensures that supplies are not wasted and that the cost of supplies remains with budgetary guidelines as established by the Production Manager.
  • Cleans work are daily. Also assists in helping lay paper in chop booth and preparing equipment and supplies for next work day.
  • Check new work and OK's any changes with Production Manager
  • Ensures that shop area is clean at the end of the day.
  • Assists Production Manager in locating and rushing parts that are due to customers.
  • Obeys all safety rules and regulations.

    3. Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bill of ladings, invoices, orders, or other records.
    4. Operates computer with various computer programs to input retrieved data for Bills of Lading and other documents to prepare for pick-up of scheduled product.
    5. Check in all inbound and outbound deliveries with the pick up numbers provided by the drivers and obtain information from drivers to complete the Trailer Inspection Form, print Bill of Ladings, and Pick Sheets to release the product as needed.  
    6. Communicates with Dock Coordinators to determine which dock door to send trucker to.
    7. Answers phone calls, assists with directions to facility, and other customer service items as needed.
    8. Responsible for directing all incoming phone calls to the right company representative depending on nature of the call.
    9. Greet and refer all visitors and customers in as friendly and efficient manner possible.
    10. Coordinates regular inventory counts as required by customers and the company. Assists in customer requests and discrepancies. Have a good understanding of inventory control policy and procedures based on customers and company requirements
