    ESSENTIAL DUTIES    
    •    Prepares work to be accomplished by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials
    •    Prepares sub-components for assembly by sorting, stripping, terminating or otherwise making them ready for further processing
    •    Operates various hand tools and simple machining operations
    •    Performs various tests for compliance to quality specifications
    •    Rotates among different workstations as production needs require
    •    Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using blueprints and/or reading measurements
    •    Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub-assemblies
    •    Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
    •    Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
    •    Is required to meet daily Quantity and Quality standards
    •    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed    
    •    Clearly understands processes for assigned parts and tasks.  Is able to ensure quality on a consistent basis
    •    Is able to work at a station and consistently complete tasks in a proficient manner
    •    Know and have understanding of Park Manufacturing’s Quality Policy
    •    Basic knowledge of Park Manufacturing’s products and processes

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring quality control throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of factory operations, materials handling, and machining techniques. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

    Responsibilities
    - Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
    - Utilize hand tools and equipment for assembly and adjustments as needed.
    - Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
    - Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
    - Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    Experience
    - Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred.
