The role includes loading & unloading parts, completing manual and automated paint work, quality control, and assisting other production areas when needed. The goal is to produce high-quality, properly painted components on schedule while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload parts on/off the paint conveyor line. Perform manual touch-ups: use paint guns to reach areas not covered by automated paint equipment. Inspect painted parts to ensure quality, finish, and adherence to standards; identify issues like drips, misses, or coating defects. Maintain neat, safe, and orderly work area. Clean up overspray, manage waste, maintain tools and PPE. Accurately complete required work documentation / reports (daily work cards, production counts, etc.). Assist other production or assembly functions when needed (cross-functional support).Some experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or painting/finishing environment preferred. Basic math and measurement skills. Team-oriented attitude; ability to follow instructions and communicate issues to supervisors
