Job SummaryThe Loader is responsible for safely loading and unloading company vehicles while ensuring products are shipped accurately and damage-free. This position supports warehouse operations by moving, staging, and preparing window and door products for shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Load trucks by hand in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
Scan all products accurately before loading onto delivery trucks.
Inspect windows and doors for quality and reject products that do not meet company standards.
Use computers and barcode scanners to process orders, verify shipments, and enter product information.
Prepare windows and doors for shipment to ensure they arrive safely and without damage.
Assemble shipping crates and package products for common carrier shipments.
Complete shipping paperwork, quality reports, and production documentation accurately and on time.
Move and stage materials throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping operations.
Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and company safety policies.
Operate production equipment and assist with equipment changeovers as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
