Job Summary:
In this Electrical Assembly position, you will be responsible for the precise installation, wiring, and testing of electrical components and systems within our manufacturing facility. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Assemble, install, and connect electrical components, such as motors, switches, and control panels
- Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of your work
- Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices for electrical work
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in electrical assembly or a related field
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools used in electrical work
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary, full-time position that will require you to work within a manufacturing environment. The work may involve standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying light to medium-weight materials, and exposure to noise and vibrations. A flexible schedule, including the possibility of overtime, may be required to meet production demands.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly rate of $20 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
