Job description/duties: Operate machines such as drill presses, lathes, mills, and CNCs • Load parts, adjust tooling, and monitor machines to meet specifications • Perform basic inspections using calipers and micrometers • Document quality data and report issues • Assist teammates with setups, startups, and documentation • Maintain productivity and communicate shortages or downtime • Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized • Share ideas to improve processes and efficiency
