Now Hiring – Robot Loader Operators 2nd ShiftHoward Lake, MN | 2nd Shift 2:00p-10:30pm | $28–$31/hr (DOE) Masterson Staffing Solutions is sourcing Robot Loader Operators for a fast-growing egg production company in Howard Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a team that values innovation, safety, and growth. Job SummaryThe Loader Operator 3’s main objective is to keep the plant supplied with eggs by ensuring the loader robot is operating effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities
Perform robot machine start-up at shift beginning
Call eggs to robots per the daily plan
Monitor equipment function and troubleshoot issues; escalate when needed
Direct dirty material to wash robots
Work closely with grader technicians to ensure pallet counts before product changes
Communicate with liquid department team members on product type changes
Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment for USDA inspection
Maintain cleanliness, follow GMP, and wear proper PPE
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions
Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technologically and mechanically inclined (troubleshooting robots & loaders)
