Hall Operator – 2nd Shift Location: Osceola, WI Pay: $20.00/hourMasterson Staffing is now hiring Hall Operators for a temporary position with the potential to become long-term based on performance and business needs.If you're detail-oriented, have manufacturing experience, and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a great company, we want to hear from you!Job Duties:
Perform rework on wire and cable products
Operate re-spoolers to rework materials
Use jacket strippers as needed during the rework process
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Follow electrical safety procedures while working with equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience utilizing high voltage test equipment
Knowledge of electrical safety practices
Strong work history with excellent job longevity (resume should reflect one year or more at most previous positions)
Must pass a color blind assessment
Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
National background check required (no felonies within the past 7 years)

Monday-Friday
4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
40 hours per week
