Job SummaryThe Quality Control Technician will be responsible for monitoring production quality, conducting tests, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Document and maintain accurate quality records
Communicate with production staff regarding quality issues or concerns
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and food safety regulations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous quality control experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
