Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring quality control throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of factory operations, materials handling, and machining techniques. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. - Utilize hand tools and equipment for assembly and adjustments as needed. - Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. - Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment. - Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
Experience - Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is preferred. - Familiarity with machining processes, tooling, and quality control standards is advantageous. - Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
