Positions or aligns components for assembly, manually or using hoists
Reworks, repairs, or replaces damaged parts or assemblies.
· Fastens or installs product components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand tools, and power tools· Applies stenciling and other product labeling to finished goods
Reviews and interprets engineer change requests when needed and submits change requests to improve production.
Understands the amount of pieces that need to be assembled per hour, required assembled pieces per job, and be able to achieve those goals
Must be logged into a job no less than 90% of shift
Keeps the assigned workstation swept and cleaned as necessary, keeps clutter and trip hazards out of work areas
Uses PPE, per training, as required for the specific task being performed
Operates safety equipment and use safe work habits
Reinforces Jtec Core Values within the company
Other jobs and/or duties as directed by Supervisor or other members of management
