This role also includes maintaining the paint booth, supporting production, and following strict safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities
Spray coat fiberglass products requiring in-house painting using proper techniques and equipment
Prepare materials by sanding, cleaning, and prepping surfaces prior to painting
Perform preventative maintenance on paint booth equipment and ensure proper operation
Maintain inventory of paint supplies, chemicals, and replacement parts
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and proper coating application
Record production data, material usage, and quality control information
Keep the paint booth and work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Assist other departments (such as assembly) when needed
Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE
