Braiding Machine Operator – 1st Shift Location: Osceola, WI Pay: $18.50/hourMasterson Staffing is hiring for a Braiding Machine Operator on 1st shift in Osceola, WI!Job Duties:
Operate multiple braiding machines that braid wire around cable spools
Monitor machine performance and perform light troubleshooting and minor maintenance when needed
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
Wiring or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
National background check required (no felonies within the past 7 years)
Resume and interview required
Schedule:
1st Shift
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
Shift hours: 8am-4pm
