CNC Machine Operator – Job DescriptionA CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to manufacture precision parts and components according to engineering specifications. This position ensures quality production, maintains equipment performance, and follows all safety and manufacturing standards.Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC mills, lathes, routers, and other computer-controlled machinery.
Load raw materials and unload finished parts from machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional specifications.
Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Make minor machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.
Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
