Job description: Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Harvest Packaging Workers in a meat processing plant. In this role, employees will be responsible for packaging meat products safely and efficiently while following all food safety and workplace safety standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
This is a 1st shift position - 5:30AM-1:30PM
Responsibilities:
Package meat products according to company specifications and quality standards.
Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods of time.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs.
Comfortable working in a warm or cold processing environment.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or food processing experience preferred, but not required.
