The Installation Assistant allows the Lead Installer to focus on installing and problem solving at the job site. The installer will assist the lead installer with basic install functions, retrieving tools, materials when needed, and keeping clean and safe work environment. This position is responsible for loading install materials at the beginning of the day and assisting in the clean up at the end of the day. The positions supports and experienced installer, and is an entry level position, Additionally, the Installation Assistant is intended to be a training program for potential growth.
