Job Description
Masterson Staffing is seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position is a direct hire to our client company in Wyoming, MN.Duties
Construct casework, cabinets, furniture, and high-end millwork according to specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial woodworking equipment to complete projects.
Build fixtures, desks, tables, and other custom wood products with precision and craftsmanship.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
Select, measure, cut, and assemble wood and related materials to required dimensions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with shop standards.
Inspect finished pieces for quality, durability, and alignment with design requirements.
Provide and maintain personal basic hand tools for daily use.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and client deadlines.
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am – 3:30pm, and Friday, 6:00am – 10:00am, $22 - $28/hr Depending on experience.Requirements
Must have at least 4 full years of experience in a carpentry role.
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs with no restrictions.
