Job description/duties: Monitor product quality and remove defective items, Follow production schedules and meet hourly/daily quotas, Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting, Keep the work area clean and organized (5S standards), Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures, Complete production and quality documentation, Communicate issues to supervisors or maintenance, Assist with line changeovers and material replenishment.
Demonstrated Mechanical aptitude and learning ability regarding technical matters and troubleshooting preferred. Must have analytical skills to accurately identify packing information, follow work instructions, and interpret quality specification requirements. Ability to speak and write in English
