Job description: Our client company has immediate openings for Light Assembly Machine Helpers and Machine Operators. These positions are on a 2nd Shift schedule, Monday - Thursday with the ability to work additional hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include:
Review job ticket and setup jobs according to specifications
Operates machine efficiently while ensuring quality and production schedules are met
Completes documentation, inspect product quality and quantity of products
Perform preventative maintenance duties on machines
Troubleshoot problems with equipment and make repairs as needed.
Produces top quality results with strong attention to detail
Assures standard operating procedures are followed to meet business needs
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
Skills/Qualifications:
Machine operating experience, including setup and adjusting
Experience with bindery, packaging or other finishing equipment helpful
Mechanical Ability
Ability to understand and follow detailed job instructions
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team Player
Strong attention to detail and quality
Move / lift up to 20 tbs. frequently and push/pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to stand and bend throughout workday with good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
