Location: Osceola, WIPosition: Extrusion Operator Pay Rate: $23.50/hour Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Shift: 3rd Shift | 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Days: Monday–FridayJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to monitor and run extrusion machinery on 3rd shift. This role involves overseeing the full production process, making adjustments as needed, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate extrusion machines
Program, start, and oversee machine runs from start to finish
Make adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD)
Prior extrusion experience or related machine operation experience (e.g., CNC-style operation: programming, monitoring, adjusting)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
National background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)
Color blindness assessment required
Resume required; interview required
Resume must demonstrate strong work longevity (generally 1+ year at most previous positions)
