Job Description

Machine Operator Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor adjustments as needed.
Meet production goals while maintaining product quality.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Adhere to:
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- OSHA safety regulations.
Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (typically at least 1 year preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
