Rate of Pay: $20-$25/hrHours: 7:30am-4pmBenefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, and 401K.Job is contingent on: Drug Screen, Resume, InterviewESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:· Provide front-line customer service by answering calls and responding to homeowner and delivery partner inquiries· Accurately process and manage customer orders and service requests from intake through completion· Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, mailing, and document preparation· Maintain and update customer records in internal systems to ensure accuracy and timely information· Prepare and distribute customer communications, sales packets, and fulfillment documentation· Coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams to resolve order issues and ensure on-time fulfillment· Communicate project updates and high-priority job statuses to internal teams; escalate issues as needed· Collaborate with Production, Design Consultants, Finance, and Customer Service teams to meet order and service goals· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); analyze data and contribute to process improvements· Act as a change agent by identifying inefficiencies and helping implement solutions with management approval· Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectivesREQUIREMENTS:To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty independently and effectively. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments. Candidates must be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
