Ensures product quality, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, maintaining equipment, and complying with all food safety and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor equipment in assigned work area (filling, packaging, processing, etc.) to meet shift production goals. Ensure product quality and package integrity; support quality assurance by performing checks and following SOPs / GMPs / SQF standards. Complete required paperwork and documentation each shift, including equipment checks, production logs, changeover records, and operational metrics (e.g. yield, downtime). Perform sanitation tasks of workstation and equipment according to established cleaning schedules or changeovers. Identify, report, and/or assist in correcting equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or process deviations. Rotate through tasks or cross-train to support different segments of the production line as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, following all safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) rules.
