Job Description

responsible for packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment in a manufacturing environment. Typical duties include:

Pull, pack, weigh, and label products according to production or customer orders.
Ensure packages are properly sealed and meet quality standards.
Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues.
Keep products organized, separated, and ready for shipping.
Complete shipping, labeling, and production paperwork.
Operate material-handling equipment such as:
- Pallet wrappers
- Palletizers
- Dollies
- Electric pallet jacks
- Forklifts (if certified)
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Follow company safety rules, GMPs, and manufacturing procedures.
Work overtime when required by production.

The role generally requires:

Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work overnight (3rd shift) and occasional overtime.
