We’re hiring Powder Line Workers to support the painting process on our production line. This role includes preparing parts, hanging them on a moving conveyor, masking, hand-washing, and performing other prep work before they are painted.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and follow work orders
Stage and hang parts on a moving powder coat line
Mask and prep parts for painting
Hand wash parts as needed
Work quickly and safely in a team environment
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently
Must be able to stand, walk, and use your hands throughout the shift
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to remember part setups and multitask
Must be a team player and communicate effectively
High school diploma or GED required
Additional Info:
May require overtime depending on workload
Must be physically and mentally fit for the role
