Pan Operator - Production - 3rd Shift

Job Summary:
As a Pan Operator on the 3rd shift, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our specialized equipment. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of quality that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment, such as industrial ovens, mixers, and packaging machines, to ensure the seamless manufacturing of our baked goods and food products
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure the safety and integrity of our products
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or baking industry
- Proficiency in operating industrial production equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and packaging machines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the 3rd shift work schedule
