Warehouse Associate – ELC Distribution CenterOlathe, Kansas Our Warehouse Associates have the responsibility of providing complete customer satisfaction through their focus on quality, efficiency, and accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping orders to our customers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Essential functions andresponsibilities:
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform work quickly and accurately.
Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks).
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on the task at hand.
Thrive in a team-oriented work environment.
Be an active participant in continuous improvement activities.
Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Seasonal overtime will be required as well as flexibility in scheduling.
Processing customer orders by picking product, checking orders for accuracy, packing, shipping, unloading, and loading of trailers.
Duties could also include stocking, inventory control or processing returned goods.
Keep work environment and warehouse clean and free of debris.
The ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
Standing for long periods of time.
Working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
Noise level for this position is moderate.
All other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
