Pay Rate$18.50 per hourJob SummaryThe Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts and material-handling equipment to support inbound and outbound operations. This role plays a key part in meeting production schedules, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials from trailers and designated areas
Accurately pick, pack, check, and stage products for shipment or storage
Move materials on pallets or in crates throughout the facility
Stack and store materials in assigned storage locations following inventory control procedures
Operate RF scanners to track inventory (preferred)
Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately
Complete required paperwork, documentation, and production records accurately
Identify and report quality, safety, or production issues to management
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
OSHA forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience preferred
RF scanner experience preferred

Ability to perform basic math calculations

Willingness to cross-train in multiple job functions
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Language Requirements
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently (required)
Spanish language skills preferred (required in some markets)
Physical Demands
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent lifting, moving, and handling of materials
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Use of hands for manual dexterity and operation of equipment
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
